Through professional education, specialized domestic violence training, curriculum development, research-informed resources, and systems strategy, the Institute transforms knowledge into practical tools professionals can use in the real world.
Our work goes beyond surface-level training.

Yanni | Founder & Lead Subject Matter Expert
The Rebuild Institute was founded from the intersection of lived experience, professional practice, leadership, education, and systems work.
My work in domestic violence has shown me that meaningful change requires more than awareness. Professionals need deeper education. Organizations need stronger systems. Leaders need practical strategy. And the field needs training that reflects the complexity of the people and communities we serve.
That is why I created the Rebuild Institute.
I develop curriculum, professional education, research-informed resources, and systems strategies designed to move professionals beyond simply knowing information toward understanding how to apply it responsibly and effectively.
My goal is not to reproduce what already exists.
It is to help advance the field.
